Value and Your Mental Health is an online program designed to help you explore how your sense of worth shapes your emotions, relationships, and daily choices. In a warm, faith-informed (Christian) and trauma-informed way, we’ll look at how value is formed, how it gets wounded, and how it can be rebuilt with clarity, compassion, and practical tools.
