Understanding the 5 Stages of Grief: Participants will learn about the five stages of grief—denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance. This framework will help individuals identify where they are in their own grief journey.
Identifying Feelings: Attendees will have the opportunity to reflect on their emotions and share their experiences. This segment is designed to create a safe space for expressing feelings related to loss.
