Our Dedicated Office Space is the perfect quiet space for business owners. Dedicated Office Space 2 has a beautiful view with natural sunlight, desk, comfortable couch and cozy decor. The rental comes with WIFI, Kitchenette area, access to Coffee Bar, Waiting area, and 2 Restrooms.
Cancellation Policy
**Cancellation Policy for Training Room Reservations** We understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate our clients' needs. Below is our cancellation policy for training room bookings: 1. **Cancellation Notice**: - Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled event to avoid any charges. 2. **Cancellation Fees**: - Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking may be rescheduled but will not receive a refund. - Cancellations made on the same day as the booking will be charged the full reservation cost. 3. **Rescheduling**: - Clients may reschedule their training room booking without penalty if done at least 48 hours in advance. - Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours will be subject to the same cancellation fees. 4. **Special Circumstances**: - In cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, illness), please contact us directly to discuss possible accommodations. 5. Deposits 5. Deposit There is a $100 refundable deposit if the area left with no damages and is clean. (If there area is left dirty (trash bags, spots on the carpet or furniture, food or trash, dirty dishes, dirty kitchen, restroom) you will not receive your deposit. 6. Damages Please report any damages or broken items to renter asap by emailing pictures. Any damages left to the office space, not excluding the hallways, kitchen area, and restrooms, you will be charged for damaged items via invoice and will not receive your deposit. You are asked only to use the areas in which you are renting. If other areas are being used or occupied for any reason, you will be charged by the hour for that area. Please do not allow children to utilize toys or other items that are in other offices without permission.
